Airport forecourt operations
We run the forecourt. You set the rules.
Vehicle registration, access rules and enforcement, call-forward and per-passage billing for the commercial traffic in your designated terminal areas. Operating today at five Avinor airports.
What we take on
Four jobs, one operator accountable.
Every operator, on file.
Commercial vehicles using designated areas register with us. Permissions follow the airport's passage rules.
Your rules, applied.
Plates and tags identified at the lane. We enforce the airport's passage agreements and the sanctions it defines.
The curb stays clear.
Vehicles wait in holding or a virtual queue and are called forward when they are needed.
Every passage billed.
Passages are invoiced at the applicable rates, with EHF and PEPPOL for operators and fleets.
Vehicle groups
Every vehicle that touches the curb.
Each group gets the workflow it needs. We configure them per airport; not every site runs every module.
| Group | Typical workflow |
|---|---|
| Airport taxi | Registration, virtual queue and call-forward to the rank, passenger booking at kiosks, per-passage billing. |
| Other taxis | Registration and per-passage billing for pickups and drop-offs in designated areas. |
| Rideshare and trip platforms | TNC trips must be registered in our system, through AirportAPI V2, before the vehicle can pass through the access barrier. Each passage is then identified and billed. |
| Bus, charter and shuttle | Booked visits, automatic platform assignment, flight-linked call-up, billing on arrival. Bus coordination → |
| Restricted access | Permissions and barrier control for vehicles with access to restricted areas. |
Flow design
Waiting moves out. The curb is for pickup.
Taxis wait in a holding area or hold a virtual queue ticket, and are called forward as the rank empties. Drop-off gets its own lane.
Illustrative layout. Every airport's forecourt is designed with its operator.
Customer story
Five Avinor airports, one platform.
Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim and Tromsø. The scope grew from taxi staging and booking kiosks at Oslo to full forecourt operations across all five.
